Seafood: Yellowtail carpaccio, Tuna crudo, Dorado Filler, Tiger prawns

We had a wonderful dining experience at Onda in Luxembourg. The starters were outstanding! tuna crudo and yellowtail carpaccio were incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of delicate flavor. For the mains, the tiger prawns were perfectly cooked and rich in taste, while the grilled dorado fillet was tender, light, and expertly seasoned. Every dish showed great attention to quality and balance. An excellent restaurant with refined seafood and a great atmosphere — we’ll definitely be back!
